Excellent round-up again, thanks Cody. O’Riley is a surprise since he hasn’t really found his rhythm with us. Can only think he’s not settled at the club. I would imagine the club will long it out for Verbruggen and see if Real put up. Wouldn’t be surprised if a deal isn’t reached come August. I think the clamour for Pedro will result in a quicker transfer. Is there any interest in Mitoma?

Thanks, Matt! Yeah, I'm surprised O’Riley might leave so soon, but the rumors have been pretty consistent, so I'm guessing there is some truth to them. Verbruggen is a weird one. I get that there are probably clubs who want him, but I can't see him leaving to join Real Madrid, Bayern, etc. where he will be a backup before the World Cup. Maybe we sell him and get him back on loan? Haven't seen that anywhere, but maybe. Agreed on Pedro. For Mitoma, last I saw was Saudi were still interested, but nothing looks concrete thankfully.
