And agreed, I'd be devastated if van Hecke leaves. I think Baleba is the only player more important than him right now. I'm 50/50 on Ayari. I could see him leaving, but he's not been a super big part of the squad recently. Would be okay to see him go, just not sure about the market.
Not sure about the managers tbh. I sort of checked out of that once the names started to get crazy. Wasn't worth getting stressed about us potentially hiring Steve Cooper. I know McKenna was the top choice though and there were strong reports about Martin too.
